Omics Data Analysis in Partnership with Biogenity

In our commitment to delivering robust and insightful data, we have partnered with Biogenity to bring advanced bioinformatics to our Olink projects. This partnership provides an optional, high-level bioinformatics service that goes beyond data delivery — ensuring that your omics data becomes a powerful resource for actionable insights.

Biogenity brings years of specialized expertise in bioinformatics to the table, offering tailored solutions that include:

  • Data Quality Control: Ensuring your dataset is accurate, reliable, and free from technical errors, providing a solid foundation for further analysis.
  • Customized Bioinformatic Annotation: Applying detailed annotation techniques to enhance the biological relevance of your data, making it easier to interpret complex findings.
  • Advanced Statistical Analysis: Utilizing sophisticated statistical models to reveal hidden patterns and statistically significant results that might otherwise be overlooked.
  • Systems Biology and Pathway Analysis: Mapping data onto biological pathways and systems, allowing a deeper understanding of how molecular interactions drive biological outcomes.

Bioinformatics is the backbone of omics research, bridging the gap between raw data and meaningful insights. Our partnership with Biogenity ensures that your datasets are not only delivered but also transformed into valuable knowledge that drives discovery and decision-making.

By choosing a complete service with DTU Centre for Diagnostics and Biogenity, you’re gaining access to a team that understands the intricacies of bioinformatics and is dedicated to maximizing the impact of your Olink data. Together, we strive to make your research as effective and insightful as possible, providing you with the clarity needed to push boundaries in omics research.

What is Olink

Olink® Target 96 & 48 panels for targeted protein biomarker discovery enable faster, better-informed decisions in human protein biomarker research by providing high-multiplex immunoassays that do not compromise on either data quality or performance. Identifying multiple proteins that form a signature is more powerful and reliable than looking at a single protein.

How does it work?
The unique technology behind the Olink platforms, Proximity Extension Assay (PEA) technology, is an innovative dual recognition, DNA-coupled methodology providing exceptional readout specificity. PEA enables high multiplex, rapid throughput biomarker analysis without compromising on data quality.
